Completed in early 2025, The Palm Beach Beauty is a new construction project and collaboration with Island Homes Design and architect Greg Bonner with B1 Architects. This is a modern structure with a mix of midcentury and transitional elements to create the perfect mix of luxury and functionality. The house will be used as a primary residence so it was important that the home felt warm and functional.
